I’ve stayed here before and liked it enough to stay again. However this time the extra blanket in the room was dirty and had a brown substance smeared on it. I was shocked that they gave us a dirty blanket in a plastic bag appearing clean. They ended up replacing the blanket but when staying at hotels I expect clean bedding at bare minimum.

Everything at this hotel is great. Clean room, good breakfast. The lunch buffet was amazing. Is close to the Avenida Paulista and the mall Shopping Cidade 3. I have stayed here many times and it is my go to hotel when I am in São Paulo.

Everything was great, but there was something I didn't like, and perhaps it's something that only happens to tourists. Upon arrival or check-in, I paid for the entire stay, but upon departure or check-out, they told me I still had to pay an amount that wasn't charged upon arrival. It was something about a daily SSI. I observed at least three people checking out, and this didn't happen that way. Either they just made a mistake with me or they take advantage of tourists.

The property 's location is great! The parking at the Hotel is very handy and not expensive. The staff of the front desk are nice, helpful and efficient. Bedroom is a little outdated. Maybe more plugs and change the arm-chair that looks stained and dirty Room service was slow. Breakfast is good.
