It is very close to everything. Accessible.

The rooms are nice but could use an upgrade. For the location of the hotel - it is perfect. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Very responsive to your needs. The free breakfast is a good perk as well.

THe staff presented a bill for consumption of minibar items even tough I never touched a single item. During checkout it took them 30 minutes to discuss and waste my time until they finally agreed this was not my issue.

Durante minha estadia, infelizmente tive uma experiência abaixo do esperado, principalmente em relação ao atendimento. Os funcionários demonstraram pouca cordialidade e não se mostraram dispostos a ajudar quando relatei problemas. O funcionário da porta, por exemplo, não ofereceu auxílio com as bagagens no momento da chegada. Presenciei uma situação de descaso com um entregador de comida e até discussões entre os próprios funcionários. Também houve negligência diante de um barulho constante causado por gotejamento do ar-condicionado do andar superior sobre o meu aparelho, o que prejudicou meu sono. Em um dos dias, o controle do ar-condicionado simplesmente desapareceu do quarto. Foi substituído, mas sem qualquer explicação ou esclarecimento sobre possível cobrança. O café da manhã foi prejudicado pelo tom elevado das conversas entre os funcionários, que falavam e riam alto, comprometendo o ambiente. Outro ponto negativo foi a ausência de preços nos produtos do frigobar, o que gera insegurança para o hóspede. Por fim, o atendimento no estacionamento deixou a desejar. O manobrista sugeriu que eu mesmo estacionasse ou deixasse o carro onde estava, com pouca cortesia. Acredito que a atenção ao cliente e a cordialidade são essenciais para uma boa experiência, o que infelizmente não encontrei nesta hospedagem.
