Hello, it's a pleasure having you here, so let me introduce myself!
I'm João Vitor, 27 years old, born and raised in São Paulo.
I'm a cook at a very renowned restaurant, and I also have my own business focused on events and gastronomy.
I love to know new people, histories, cultures, and places, and that's why I'm hosting tourists who want to live and know more about Brazilian culture!
São Paulo is an awesome place, and it has a huge variety of things to do, no matter where you go!
My apartment is in São Matheus, on the east side of São Paulo, close to the Aricanduva Mall, Jardin Colonial subway station, and Carmo Park. It's very well located, between 3 main avenues with a huge variety of commerce. You can go whenever you want by public transportation.
I have a private bedroom available with a bed, clothes rack, mirror, and a table with one chair. All the other rooms are available: kitchen, living room, bathroom, and you may use all the furniture and electronics (except for the notebook, which is for personal and professional use)
In the condominium, we have a gym, a small market, a pharmacy, a green area, party room
For your safety, the building has security cameras, a doorman, facial recognition system!
