cable TV 29' . Living room and dining rooms recently renovated, fireplace room with huge windows and high ceiling facing the landscape. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances and cabinets.
Garden and pool overlooking the hills.

The house is perfect for 8 people ( 2 in each bedroom ) and children in the mezzanine.

Nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa é uma delícia, espaçosa e confortável. Tivemos todo o suporte desde o primeiro contato com a Ivani, sempre muito atenciosa, o Sr. José (caseiro) também sempre nos atendeu prontamente. A localização é muito boa, amamos todos os dias na casa.

Amamos a estadia, praia linda!

Casa Linda e arejada, não tivemos qualquer problema com sujeira, odores, mofo etc… Cozinha super completa para quem deseja cozinhar qualquer coisa, ar condicionado nos quartos salva vidas rs, camas razoavelmente confortável. Agora falando da praia, parece praia privada, sem bagunça, super familiar, limpa, as pessoas de fato se preocupam com a acorda fomos a pé, bem pertinho, tem um restaurante na mesma rua e opções de supermercado, farmácia a uns 5 minutos de carro, todos amaram, inclusive as crianças. Bom, acho que a piscina deveria ser um pouco maior pelo tamanho da casa, mas quem liga para piscina quando se tem um mar lindo logo ali. Obrigada pela estadia Dona Ivanir, pena que não temos tempo de ficar mais dias, mas com certeza voltaríamos.

Otimo lugar, bonito, limpo e agradavel.

Fomos em 6 amigos, todos amaram a casa, a piscina è muito gostosa, otimo espaço p fazer churrasco. Um lindo jardim para completar.. A praia tem sombra das árvores, fica no máximo 5 minutos a pè e nao estava cheia. O lago no canto da praia è mto gostoso p deitar e relaxar em suas partes rasas com agua morna... O mar estava com bastante ondas mas nao impediu o banho .. Fui muito bem atendido pela Ivani e pelo caseiro Jose. Recomendo ..
