La location est très agréable située dans un partie calme de l’île que nous avons appréciée. Les commerces de proximité sont accueillants. Nous sommes restés 2 semaines à ponta Delgada. Nous recommandons cette location!

Sehr netter Empfang, ruhig, fast abgeschieden gelegen, aber dank der großzügigen Aufteilung und der modernen Ausstattung haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Empfehlenswert für Ankommen und Relaxen.

stilvoll und gemütlich, so richtig gut zum entspannen

Das Haus von Jose ist wirklich einmalig - grandiose Lage, sehr individueller Mix aus Natur und Kunst, zugleich gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles zum vernünftigen kochen - für den Außengrill war unsere Zeit leider zu kurz. Wohnzimmer sowie Terasse laden zum entspannen ein. Die Schlafzimmer sind auch so einladend, dass man genügend Möglichkeiten zum Rückzug hat. Der Kontakt mit Jose war unkompliziert, freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir haben 3 entspannte Tage im Haus verbracht, das Schönste unserer 3 Domizile auf der Insel. Der fünfte Stern folgt mit einer Heizmöglichkeit - die fehlte uns etwas, da wir eine etwas feucht-kühle Zeit erwischt hatten.

Very nice apartment with an excellent view

We stayed in Ponta Delgada for two weeks. It is a very nice apartment. Everything is new, it is spacious, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is a big plus when traveling with kids. From the balcony, terrace, kitchen and large living room windows you have an excellent view on the sea the waves and all that. The landlord Jose is very kind. He was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.
