The staff was really good and helpful, the foriegn young lady working the front desk takes her job really seriously and I appreciate her. Breakfast area was really clean and the workers assisted us great. Only complaint I have is the towels in the room could have been a little more clean visually.

Staff Need Training

A staff member was very rude and violated ADA law by telling me I could not bring my service animal to approach the breakfast buffet. She told me I had to sit far away from the food. When I told her my service dog was not a pet, but a service animal required to assist my disability, she still insisted so I spoke to the front desk. The front desk said "I was allowed" but no apology was given.

I got this room due to there being a pool and a charger for my car. The pool was very dirty. The pool pump was not running while i was there told the front desk lady and she said they think the pump is broke. Never got in the pool due to there being trash and lots of hair in pool. Another huge issue is the key cards never worked. I had to keep getti g the redone. . Also it states there is a bar in hotel and its closed down.

For a hotel that was on the lower end of the price range? This hotel was clean and well run. I chose it because I had a dog with me, and the $30 fee was a bit of a surprise. Overall, great stay.
