Bait and switch from unresponsive host

On check-in, I discovered that the host knew about and did not disclose a serious issue with internet access. Per the attached picture from the guidebook, "Packet Wi-Fi has a data limit." If the guest who stayed just before runs out, the speed may be extremely slow. Thank you for understanding."Uh, thanks for not telling me until after pocketing my money, I guess?Messages through the vrbo platform indicating that this was unacceptable were ignored for the duration of my 7-day stay.
