Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

ちゃんと綺麗にしておいてほしい。あと臭いが気になります。

掃除は全く行き届いていません。部屋も何か匂うし、お風呂にもカビなどがあり、ガッカリでした。水切りカゴも汚く、100均で給水マットを買って代用しました。大きなバスタオルとフェイスタオルがたくさんあったのは助かりました。 また、窓がひとつなので風通しが良くなく、冷房がないと夏は厳しいですね。 もう少し、プライドを持って、宿泊する人の気持ちを考え、お仕事していただけると良いかと思います。
