Everything was seriously perfect , except the air con remote,which was default either sauna or fan and alternate days,then air con mode was available. We could not take the fan/sauna mode at all. So it was quite torturing for us. Hence the reason overall only 4 stars. If I could adjust the air con mode without any restrictions,then is definitely 5 stars!

I had an excellent stay at a lovely Hotel Monterey Edelhof in Sapporo. The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities like a humidifier and a cozy bed. The hotel’s location was perfect — close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, yet quiet at night. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

1) only spoke to us in Japaneses & they bring outa translation app. to speak show English translation. This is not 4 or 5 star service. 2).no concierge. Instead we were referred to a plastic paper instructions inside the room ti read mostly in Japanese 3) no English programs in TV. Nothing! 4) no amenities. 5) small rooms & bathrooms. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel. More like a 3.8 Disappointing.

Awesome service

Great service and great location! The staff were always helpful. We traveled with our 1 year old and had a lot of luggage. The hotel staff received our luggage via shipping prior to our arrival since we were traveling through different cities before arriving in Sapporo. The room was clean and had a beautiful view over the city.

It's about 10~15min walk to the Susukino streets. But the hotel itself was very clean and quite. Public path in the hotel was also very good. Employees are very kind.
