Good: Near to Sapporo station. Can reach by 2 ways. Best is from Level 1 only 1 flight of stairs. 2nd is by basement but more flights of stairs but nearer to hotel. Breakfast is pretty good to me as there is a good Japanese element, but 10% change of menu everyday. Bad: I have 2 kids who always run around in the lobby every morning. Hope hotel staff can have some tolerance to them. Limited space - 3 x Queen Bed for 2 adults 2 children but the price is pretty competitive compared to others. To be honest I only 2 need 2 x Queen Bed.
