Good location. Staff were nice. Booked a room for my mate and i, picture showed 2 double beds, found out its just a generic room picture, had to pay a further ¥2000 to get 2 single beds. Now, the beds... i have never woken up in so much pain before, the mattresses looked quite comfy, but looks were very deceiving, the floor would have been a more comfier option. I have slept on traditional japanese beds before and honestly had the best sleep, but these were something else. The hotel did live up to its name though, it was a 'Relief' to leave.
