Superb Hotel

Our stay at the Sapporo Grand Hotel was outstanding. We and our friends enjoyed the rooms, staff service and meals. We will definitely come back in the future.

Beautiful hotel 3 blocks from the train station but right on the underground so you could walk above or below grade there or taxi. In the heart of the city, right by the shopping and close to the bars. But not too close.

In spite of a 4 star hotel reception from the entry to checkin, the room I checked was smelly, dark, and archaic, which was still clean and spacious though, reminded me of a motel room somewhere in US midwest city. They definitely need a renovation.

It is an old hotel but very clean. Room very spacious. Breakfast is excellent lots of variety. Close to small restaurants and Daimaru Department Store. Good location. Unfortunately for 5* Hotel the staff do not speak English well. It is hard to ask questions.

Have stayed here many times now and it continues to be a great old hotel. Rooms could use a renovation but they are still very clean and comfortable. Location and amenities are top notch.

Excellent service and location. It's walking distance to Sapporo station and the hotel is connected to underground tunnel which is very convenient on rainy days. Breakfast is good. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, room is spacious which is rare in Japan. Staff are so friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Sapporo

I had an excellent stay at Sapporo Grand. Staff was outstanding and best part of the experience. Facility was in very good condition and there are nice dining and snacking options onsite. Only slight negative is that my room was a little bit dated. But everything g worked and was very clean.
