Customer service was excellent, they help us make multiple reservations. Wish they had more comfortable mattresses, my back is still killing me. The rooftop lounge had a great view but it wasn’t in used. It would have been nice to have a fire before in snowed. Another perk was the record player in the room and being able to rent records on the second floor was cool. Lately, the location was perfect, across the street Sapporo TV tower.

The room are so cute and comfy. The service is great. They have amenities kit in the lobby in the afternoon. The rooms are clean and tastefully done. The hotel is so conveniently located near Odori

Such a hotel in Winter Wonderland. Not the best but fine location, and close to the exit 24, which means there aren't many difficulties even if there's a lot of snow. The room condition is perfect and spacious. The reception is convinient and kind. Highly recommended and I'm gonna reserve this hotel again when I visit Sapporo once again.

This hotel has an outstanding central location that cannot be beaten and gorgeous, convenient amenities including a nice bar in the lobby and a rooftop deck with unbeatable views of the Sapporo TV tower. Location: - Subway / Aurora Town access just steps outside of hotel - Right in front of TV tower - 5min walk from bus stop for Airport Limousine Bus - Right next to luxury shopping malls - 10-15min walk to Susukino area Amenities: - Bathroom consumables available in lobby - Bottled water also available at request in lobby - Laundry and dryer machines in-house - Ice machine - Rooftop deck - Refrigerator in room - LP record player in room The rooms are super cute with modern wood design and easy to access, spacious bathrooms. It may be tight if you have more than two suitcases but it's doable. You can choose whether you want your room made up everyday or not. The area is quiet at night and the room temperature regulates well for sleeping. I would book this hotel again!
