The ceiling is thin so we can hear the occupants of the unit above. Check in process was a pain and we had to deal with an overseas call centre. It's very far from the train station and city centre so eating out was limited to the nearby kombinis. Only pluses are the car spot and room cleanliness.

It is a great property, very clean, and especially the host, very friendly and helpful, and very prompt and detailed communication. Only to note that there is steep staircase between the beds and the toilet and it may be inconvenient for elderly travellers

位置優越

◎ 預先在網上輸入資料, 無人登記入住方便. ◎ 可能因為民宿對面有工地, 民宿內部有平面的地方, 例如桌面, 燈, 電視, 吸塵機表面和梳化靠背等都有很多塵. ◎ 住的是2號室, 入門後要爬一條360度的樓梯才往二樓起居室, 搬行李上樓不方便. ◎ 2號室大門和民宿內馬桶有股坑渠的臭味. ◎ 迷你雪櫃, 冷凍格有5厘米厚的霜, 冰淇淋也放不下. ◎迷你洗衣機, 每次最多只能洗2條浴巾. ◎沒有室內防盜裝置, 晚上睡覺感覺不安全. ◎ 有免費停車, 門前停車位置預留給1號室, 就算1號室沒有駕車或沒有出租, 也不能使用, 要走路8分鐘至預定地面很多污泥碎石的停車場, 第一晚停車時有幾隻小狐狸跑來跑去, 指定停車位置也很難找. 第二晚開始決定自費將車停在民宿對面的水泥地停車場, 500yen/12小時, 700yen/24小時. ◎ 民宿地理位置優越, 離札幌市中心只有7分鐘車程, 晚上也安靜.

The property is very well furnished with washing machine and induction cooker. Makes simple cooking very manageable. Cosy room setup. Note: This unit has a narrow flight of steps before reaching the bedroom. Do check with the property owner if you have special needs. Else, the stay has been very comfortable and pleasant.

Just front door was tricky

It was confusing to have two front doors, one is main entrance for three rooms and one for our room. Yes they provide checkin process and sent us email explaining in words…however if they have pictures for example first door has no code needed, checkin with iPad etc… much easier I believe. Over all we loved staying this place and will come back
