Cleanliness was the most important thing to me, and this home was very clean and well organized. My son is allergic to dogs, and while we did notice a small amount of dog hair here and there, it wasn’t anything we couldn’t quickly sweep up. We really enjoyed using the BBQ and play area. They were a nice bonus. Communication with the host was easy and smooth throughout our stay.

The host was extremely inattentive, the kitchen amenities were minimal, the backyard was not as advertised. The kitchen water pressure was just above a dribble. The phone number provided for the owner was incorrect and the same door code is given to every renter which seems like a security concern especially with no deadbolt on the door From the day I booked this rental I had issue's with GLAD/David responding to any messages I sent. Prior to the second payment request i asked a couple of questions. When i received the payment request I shot back a message saying I see you have asked for payment but not addressed my questions. He apologized and answered. One of the main reasons we chose this property was in the description it says they allow parties/gatherings. We were planning on hosting a baby shower. After David said they do not allow parties he agreed tot he event. I tried extending the stay by coming in a night earlier, again no response to my message that I was having and issue. I still had not received check in information by the morning of check in even though my email stated I would receive that information 3 days prior to check in. After I messaged the owner I was given the information around 10. I asked if I could get an early check-in. No response. At 1 I tried calling the number provided and left a detailed voice mail, again asking for an earlier check in. I never received a response. Upon checking in at 4 we noticed this is a duplex and not a single family

Great spot!

Love the Gulf Gate neighborhood/location and this was the perfect spot for my wife and I our dog to hang out for the week— clean and plenty of room. David and the property manager Maksim were super helpful with a small hiccup upon check in too. Will definitely be back.

Perfect stay

The property is exactly as listed and is super clean. We had plenty of space for our family of six. The bunk beds are full-size. The location was close to everything. We would definitely stay here again.
