The space
This five-bedroom home has two bathrooms, a kitchen, a den area for the family to hang out in and watch movies, and a beautiful spacious backyard with a screened in pool. Fire up the grill and have a cookout. The master bedroom is truly special, with a walk-in closet and a door that leads straight to the pool. Enjoy your morning coffee as you hear the birds chirp by the pool. Have fun with family and friends in the backyard playing life-size chess and feel the fresh breeze while relaxing on the hammock after a rejuvenating swim.
**Please note, there is a tiny home on the property that is available to be booked separately. There may be a potential for noise from guests that book the tiny home. The only shared space is the driveway area.

Guest access
There is a tiny home on the property that is available to book separately and may be occupied during your stay. The only shared space is the parking area, all other areas are private to each home.
There's a large U-shaped driveway with plenty of parking, can comfortably fit 4-5 cars. Please note the far-left side of the driveway is reserved for the guests staying at the tiny home!

**Homeowner is not liable for any accidents that occur in or near the pool. Please swim at your own risk.
**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!
We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.
If you need anything, please contact us through the messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.
We do our best to keep our pools well maintained however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.
