Every detail in our 1925 old Florida home has been preserved and enhanced. You'll love being immersed in magic Julia Place’s tropical, lush surroundings. This is the entire downstairs unit of our house, with its own private outdoor entrance.

Laurel Park is the coolest neighborhood in Sarasota. Julia Place is walkable to the bay front and all of the best bars and restaurants in the city.

Decor was lovely with comfortable beds and couches and the high ceilings let cool air circulate. There was a ton of hot water for showers at the end of day for tired people. The kitchen was modern and nice and had a dishwasher. Each bedroom had a small dressing room with chests for clothes which kept suitcases out of the way. The side porch was classic and is a great place for morning coffee. Even though close to Tamiami Trail, it was very quiet and also within walking distance of historic Burns Court area. My guests enjoyed it.

Helpful and communicative hosts. Loved the location - walkable (10-15 min) to downtown and its shops/restaurants. Nicely updated older home. First floor unit, and there is another unit upstairs. Nice touches like beach supplies and bikes.

We loved the house and area!

We had the best time! Cat was incredibly attentive and responded to any question immediately. Great location with a ton to do within walking distance and the house was wonderful! It had everything we needed - complete with bikes, beach supplies, laundry. Highly recommend renting the Veo scooters to get around and explore the area and the gorgeous beaches!

2nd Visit!

The host is amazing and this is the perfect location. Not to mention the cutest house. You will have everything you need. The home is comfortable, clean and well decorated. She even left toys out for the kids! I highly recommend this host and any of her properties.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Everything was exactly as listed. The location was incredible and walking distance to downtown. Property manager was readily available and communication was easy. The space was clean and the living area had the comfiest couch we have ever sat on. We cannot wait to come back!
