The 'Perfect Siesta Key Getaway', this Bay Oaks garden apartment is less than 1-minute walk to the pool, the fishing pier, or the waterfront BBQ grills and picnic area. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and fully equipped kitchen opens to great room area including dining set for 4 and comfy living room area with 55 inch HDTV. Screened patio off the living room is shaded by one of the many giant oak trees. Master bedroom side has king bed, 40 inch HDTV, dresser, nightstands, and large closet; adjacent mirrored vanity area with separate toilet and full size shower room. Opposite side of condo has compact guest bedroom with queen bed, mini dresser and mini closet. No more than 4 guests and no pets allowed. Bay Oaks has tennis courts, club house with billiards, and coin laundry next to the pool. Trolley stop out front takes you to the public beach, the village, and other popular stops. You can also get to the closest beachfront (Public Access #12) a 12 min walk or 5 min bike ride; multiple restaurant, bar and shops are right there as well. The state park main beach is 8 min bike ride and the Village is about 15 min bike ride.

Host was easily reachable. For the money, in this area, condo was adequate. Clean except for floor. Fresh flowers were a welcoming touch. I recommend washcloths and dish cloths added to linens.

Dated but value for money for the location

Good location on Siesta Key with a trolley stop right outside. Resort backs onto the bay where there is a nice picnic area, BBQ and fishing pier.The pool area is a good size but there are no parasols to escape the midday sun.The clubhouse has a great selection of used books and a quality pool table.The condo was dated but sufficient for the price and location. It lacked some basic facilities like chopping board, place mats and facilities were generally poorly equipped.Bikes were provided which was a bonus.Beach facilities were provided but mostly old and in poor condition.Good responsive communication from the owner.

We enjoyed our stay. Our host Brent was very responsive and communicated with us very well and was very nice. Bonus were having bikes included with the rental! Manager of Bay Oaks was on site and was very helpful! Pool was very nice also!

Close to everything we needed! Checking in couldn't have been easier. Brent was very nice and always responded right away. We rented a car, but the trolley stop was right out front. My daughter and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this condo. Thanks for a great vacation!

A very comfortable place to stay

The condo was very clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the availability of secure Wi-Fi as I was telecommuting for my job. Brent, the owner was so helpful in dealing with my emergency. If I had the chance, I would definitely rent there again.

Perfect location

This property has all you need for a great stay in a incredible area. We welcomed the bikes and beach equipment. Plenty of towells and shampoo/ conditioner and an iron and hairdryer. This co.mplex is great value for the area, the pool is refreshing! People in the complex are so friendly. Brent was very efficient in communicating. Would highly recommend.

This place was perfect for me and my adult kids!! We loved it! It was clean, neat, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Great location and absolutely loved the dock. The owner was very easy to communicate with! Had stuff for the beach and shampoo conditioner….everything needed for the kitchen! Will stay here again.highly recommended!!
