My door wouldn’t close or lock the last night of my stay, and there was no manual lock option and lobby was closed. There was no information online to reach maintenance or how to contact after hours. This resulted in me not being able to sleep in my room, and they refused a refund for that night. Do not recommend

I wouldn’t know … we had some mis communication my flight was delayed & there was nobody to answer the emergency number at 10:45 on I was stranded! The emails they did send were in my spam & I didn’t know / A manager did call me the next day & stated he would send me a gift certificate to come back but I have not received it after calling multiple times & 11 days later ! At this point I’m going to dispute this with my cc company! I would definitely make sure u book a place that has someone available after hours!! Awful experience I would not wish on anyone

Staff were great; friendly and helpful. The hotel is recently renovated and is well kept. The room (King) was extremely small, but well appointed. We would recommend and stay here again. Restaurants and bars are right around the corner, and the beach is a 2 min walk

Staff never checked on us although they walk right past you personally multiple tImes daily. No smile no hello.had to go to the back of the pool area where thier work area is to ask for toilet paper also had to take towels/ pool towels back to fet fresh ones.Not attentive or friendly to say the least. Now the worst part of the stay! THE BEDS!! OMG HARD AS A ROCK SO VERY UNCOMFORTABL. The beds had my husband and myself feeling more like we had slept on a floor not in a $300.00 plus dollar a night hotel on vacation. Wouldnt stay There again for that fact alone. THAT BAD!
