Staff was great but staying alone at the spa building was very isolated. The building entrance had the key fob but the doors were unlocked to get to the elevators so anyone could’ve went in and out. I prefer to stay at the main building next time.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean and modern. The carpets are very well cushioned the tv is largest I have seen in any hotel. This was almost a great experience however some items were lacking that definitely detracted from our stay…. 1). They had dispensers in the shower but the shampoo and body wash were completely empty 2). The water pressure was great but the temperature kept fluctuating. Had to regularly adjust to keep the water warm 3). There were no cups at the bathroom sink to rinse toothpaste 4). There was no iron and I did note-iron before packing because I was in a hurry to get on the road assumjngi could iron at the hotel. First hotel j have ever bee in without an iron 5). The great tv did not show channel listings. You had to poke and hope with what would be on tv

Great weekend getaway for the family. Hotel was beautiful and room was very comfortable. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. A couple areas of improvement: - I had spoken to hotel manager about having a brownie in the room by 5pm for my wife’s birthday. We came back around 7pm with no brownie. I called front desk who said they would bring it right up, but it was 8:30pm by the time they brought it up. They were very nice and even comp’d me, but it was a letdown to not have the surprise ready. - the parking lot was not plowed whatsoever. It looked like it had recently snowed, so some snow and slush was to be expected. But it didn’t look like any part of parking lot was properly plowed.

The room was exceptionally nice, spacious, and plenty of towels. The TV was working correctly because the remote needed new batteries. Mentioned that to the receptionist upon check-out and someone immediately went to the room to fix the problem. Bar area was very nice and service was good. Location is great next to the Saratoga National Golf Club. Would recommend this place.

Room and bathroom was nice, but the temp was locked - too hot, and the WiFi was poor. We’re local, just a quick overnight as my daughters are home from college. I was happy with the room, except for the temp and sketchy WiFi. Overall, I liked it.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, rooms very spacious and the decor was fantastic. Staff very friendly. The restaurant was a total delight, excellent food and drinks. Prices were to be expected on the slightly higher side but not uncommon for the area. The spa was great if you are looking for a special treat on your getaway I recommend booking a spa treatment. we will be staying here again. Also a quick trip to downtown via a car, easy ride.
