Easy drop off for an early flight. The hotel is nice a convenient. Very nice pool area with indoor or outdoor, poolside dining. Our experience was really good, the only downside of being in a warm climate is having air conditioning in your rooms and with hotel air conditioners they can wake you up from your sleep because of noise and also your body temperature can go from hot to cold. Otherwise bed and room was very good!

It's was a great place to stay for the night before our flight out of Costa Rica, except. . . The air conditioning unit!!! It was like having an airplane take off in our room whenever it started up. My husband tried to get them to fix it, but we needed to sleep so gave up. Also, the room still smelled faintly of cigarette smoke. But, it was clean and quiet, and, as usual, the people working there were so nice. I will miss Costa Rica!

Staff was responsive to our difficulties to access our room after I had to ask for help. Elevator requires a swipe of room key to operate which hotel check-in failed to notify us of doing in order to access our floor. Not enough shuttles to accommodate guests to return to airport at appropriate time. Overall, a clean place but lacked guest friendly services especially for older visitors.
