This pleasant new house is situated in the hamlet of Togna in only 5 mn businesses and beach(range) of Scaffa Rossa. The villa Filetta will be the ideal place for vancances in family or between friends, in the peace and in only 5 minutes (by car businesses and sandy beach).

A due passi dal mare e dalla montagna

Proprietà di nuova costruzione, casa arredata molto bene e con tutte le comodità (cucina molto attrezzata). A dieci minuti dalla spiaggia e situata in una zona molto tranquilla. Da migliorare sicuramente la parte esterna, dal giardino incolto e non recintato (avevamo due cani), il cancello che non si chiudeva e soprattutto l'assenza del posto auto (abbiamo dovuto lasciare le macchine sulla strada, tra l'altro non illuminata). Nel complesso comunque consiglierei il soggiorno in quanto il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato decisamente buono.
