The hotel is perfectly situated for a short break in Gothenburg however the air conditioning and fridge in the room were not working properly and two different hotel staff said these were known problems, related to the age of the building. I think the hotel is therefore over priced.

Lovely staff, good breakfast, good location. But the noise from the music from below in the evenings/nights was a form of absolute torture, with zero soundproofing meaning there was no escape. Also, the advertised pool was an extra surcharge.

The staff were the most helpful smiley pleasant staff I have ever encountered. They gave 100% to everyone all the time I also liked the idea of free coffee at anytime A really lovely place with magnificent views of the city if you are on a higher floor The only things I didnt like was having the bar only outside when the weather was fine. Not enough space to sit outside and too many steps for the less abled I certainley didnt like the idea of paying to access the pool, I thought that was cheeky
