On the south coast of the Rhuys peninsula, we invite you to spend your holidays in this beautiful new house with modern architecture. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, it offers all the comfort necessary for a successful vacation.



Built on two levels, the house consists first of all on the ground floor, where you will discover a large bright living room. The kitchen, completely new and equipped, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. You will find an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine are at your disposal.



The dining room, with its large table, will allow you to share good times with family or friends. The TV lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa, invites you to relax.



On the night side, the ground floor has two bedrooms, including a master suite with a Queen Size bed (160x200), an office and an adjoining bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x190). An independent WC completes this level.



Upstairs, two other bedrooms await you: the first, spacious, offers a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a desk, while the second, equipped with a bunk bed (2x 90x190), will be ideal for children. A second bathroom with WC completes this floor.



For your comfort, you can park two vehicles on the plot and take advantage of a washing machine.
