Welcome to Sarzeau, in the heart of the Rhuys peninsula! This single-storey house of 50 m², ideally located in the town centre, allows you to fully enjoy local life with its shops, markets and restaurants within walking distance. After a day exploring the region or relaxing on the beaches located just 4 km away, you can gather on the beautiful 15 m² wooden terrace, perfect for convivial moments. A perfect pied-à-terre to discover Sarzeau and its surroundings with simplicity!



Step through the door and let yourself be seduced by an interior that is both warm and functional. The large living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals.



The dining area has a table for 4 people, while the comfortable living room, with its sofa and television, is ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends. When night falls, you simply need to remove the cushions serving as backrests to transform the sofas into two single beds.
