Cocoonr agency offers you in Sarzeau, we offer this charming 55 m² flat with sea view, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi (fibre optics), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
