Our family was very cozy here. The property was convenient and walkable. The pool was clean and quite big for indoors. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast buffet, and the pizza restaurant served great pizza and salad. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Staying here was like a great home to return to after enjoying days in awe of the outdoors. The staff was so helpful with suggestions for restaurants, shuttle service (the Fairview shuttle service leaves right from the hotel and the public bus to Lake Louise is across the street, best deal at $2 each way). The restaurants were excellent, so appreciated the available of laundry facilities and there was even free put put golf and bike rentals from the hotel. This is a top service hotel.

The power went out and the staff was not helpful at all. We had no hot water, no power, no food available for most of our stay. They closed the workout room. This place was NOT worth the money at all. We would not recommend.

Great hotel with 2x good restaurants on site open till 10pm! Most in Banff close at 8pm. Annoying that the swimming pool is on the ground floor & is right next to one of the restaurants. The sqimsuit dryer shares a wall with the dining area & you can literally feel your seat shake and hear the noise, which interrupts your meal constantly. Other than that the stay was perfect. Lovely4-5km hike trail leads you straight to Lake Louise & you get to skip the parking issues that come with driving there. A little pricey for not having a fridge or AC, but location location location during summer peak season so whatdya gonna do.

Great hotel close to the Lakes

The Legend is a must try place. Food and service were excellent. Their Pilsner was surprisingly good and is one of the best including in Germany and Czech. The beds are comfortable but a little outdated.

Super Hotel
