When I asked if they had a laundry, there was no offer of a service. So I set to wash a sweater on my own. There was no mention that the washer was from the 80's and as a result needed coins. Firstly, my room key did not open the door, I had to go back down stairs to have my key programmed to open the door. This should have been done when I initially asked about the amenity. Bring your own coins because it's an issue to get coins from the front desk. The staff is not as welcoming/helpful as the Sheriton down the road.

Honestly, it was a great stay and I would choose again. Suite was v comfortable & updated. Staff and service was an absolute standout. The shuttle service around downtown was an absolute game-changer for us.

The stay was okay. The staff were decent. It was unfortunate that the hot tub wasn’t working even though it was promoted that it was - it’s the main picture when you review the listing. The clientele was a little dodgy but that’s out of the hotels control. There was slamming doors every hour in the middle of the night. Food at the pub near by is mediocre. Okay hotel but overpriced.

The room was clean and updated. The beds were super comfy. The restaurant and room service were really good. But at one point in the middle of the night I could hear two people screaming outside at each other which was a bit scary.

King room with hidabed was great. Modern and smart tv, front desk sent items up very quickly which was nice. Pool was warm, gym was a bit shabby, and we didn't like the cost of parking but our stay was great!
