The courtyard is beautiful. Room was spacious. People were pleasant and helpful. Nice pool for kids but of course expect them to be a bit noisy. Restaurant was good as was the bar. Lots of parking. Near the airport but not noisy. Definitely recommend.

I’m really satisfied with my stay here in Sask Inn, the only issue is their room access cards, they always gave 2 cards but I observed always that everytime you came back in your room most especially at night and if you stay more than 24hours in your room, the cards dont work and you have to call the front desk to ask for an assistance.

Check in was good and smooth. Front staff were friendly and quick. I loaded my luggage cart up and brought it to my room. Literally the SECOND my door closed, a staff member knocked on the door asking for the cart to take to someone else. He waited outside my door while I tried to get my luggage into my room and off the cart. It was very awkward and not at all comfortable or welcoming. The remote didn’t work and it took almost 2 hours for someone to come with a new one (I know first world problem but still annoying/inconvenient). The pool was ok, but they cleaned it while it was open for use and wouldn’t let people in the deeper part. The restaurant food, we only had breakfast so can only comment on that. But we ordered 3 kids meals, 2 juices and 1 coffee. It was $50 and without a lie the absolute worst service I have ever had in my entire life. It was $5 for the coffee even though the menu said it was cheaper and wasn’t offered a refill. Could NOT find the server and had to ask the host for condiments and cutlery. Literally the only time the server acknowledged us was when we ordered and when we went up to the host booth to pay because I couldn’t see him anywhere in the restaurant, or if I did I could not flag him down despite efforts to. The coffee bar they have in the lobby is the same price for coffee, but they are specialty coffees (latte, cappuccino, etc) and significantly larger than the serving you get in the restaurant. Checkout was unfriendly, didnt ask how stay was

The lobby/pool area was great, well done. The hotel appears upgraded but our room had a terrible bathroom. The door was a barn door with semi opaque glass, noisy to close, faced the bed and light came through waking up the sleeping partner. No soap dish in shower and no wash cloths. VIPperks were not offered I had to ask & only received one breakfast coupon, not two. I dont think the room was an upgraded room. There appeared to be an electrical problem in the room as one pole of one recepeticle did not work meaning use the radio and no bed light or bed light but no radio/clock. Parking required scanning a URL code rather than the front desk entering it. This invades my privacy as this would be a 3rd party company who would gather my personal info. The hotel overall appears to be in good condition, close to the airport but lacks the ability to pay attention to details, especially a VIP detail and room amenities and repairs.
