Attempting to check in, and hotel could not find my reservation. Used the chat function through orbitz, and determined somehow the reservation was not properly placed between Orbitz and Nordic hotel - no clue which one was responsible, but all in, took approximately 1 hour to resolve.
Hotel staff and Orbitz were both accomodating, but on a day with limited time to explore the city, the loss of an hour mid afternoon was not appreciated.
Hotel and staff are great, Orbitz customer service was responsive, but check in experience was not.
