This amazing NEWER home (2020) has all new furnishings. Within walking distance of downtown shops and restaurants, it boasts of outdoor living space with full deck and views of Kalamazoo Lake just across Lake Street. “Under the deck is custom-block patio with an under-deck roof”, No leaks during any rainstorm-- plus a TV with SONOS, two speakers to serve patio, natural-gas fire pit and Weber propane grill. Interior is all natural maple flooring, top quality cabinets with quartz tops, Gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. All bathrooms have ceramic floors and showers. The Carriage house (above garage area attached to house by deck) has living area, separate bedroom, bath, mini kitchen with microwave and mini refrigerator. There is also a sleeper bed in second-story loft and in carriage house. Everything in this home is quality custom craftsmanship, with nothing held back. All TV’s in home equipped with SONOS. There is no comparison to it in the area.

We stayed in this house 2 years ago too.. Check in was easy and smooth! Kitchen is fairly well equipped but could use some storage containers with lids. We really appreciated having an extra roll of paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. The coffee nook is awesome!There is a stain on the couch that could use some cleaning. Love that we can use the garage for additional parking.

This is the second time we have rented this home. We absolutely love it!! Having two master bedrooms is a huge plus while vacationing with our adult children and grandchildren The location is great- easy walk into town and short drive to Oval Beach. Very clean and beautiful furnishings. We plan to come back again next summer.

We loved our stay at this property. The house is new with plenty of space and bathrooms. Great location just walking distance to downtown. We had an awesome stay and are considering coming back next year!Only small comment is that the bathrooms did not have basic toiletries like shampoo / soap which was a surprise!

Perfect home for family getaway

We come to Saugatuck every summer from Chicago. This year we traveled with eight adults and four children.This was the perfect home. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location. The room with the bunkbeds made the trip for my kids!There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. The deck in between the home and the guest house is absolutely beautiful and a fun way to end the evening chatting. The downstairs yard was the perfect play place for my kids. TVs everywhere, so nobody had to miss the basketball games :-)I am a very picky traveler, and I highly, highly recommend this place!

Perfect for our wedding weekend

The well-lit, classy, clean aesthetic of this house was perfect for getting ready for our wedding. Our family and friends had plenty of space to get ready and the short walk to down town made it an easy home base. Details like having copious kitchen utensils, garage space for storage, and lots of bathrooms with large counters. The house was super clean and the patio space was a gorgeous plus! Amazing home

This was a perfect house for our group! Bright, clean, spacious, and beautiful. It had everything we needed. Love the outdoor space as well. Perfect Family Getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! The house was in the perfect location for a quick walk to downtown Saugatuck for a coffee in the morning, lunch or dinner. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the beach which was beautiful. Douglas is just a quick walk as well! The layout of the home was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The living spaces were very comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and the outdoor space was perfect for evening meals outside. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay in Saugatuck

This property is just as described and as you see in photographs. It is comfortable, clean, amazing location, and comes with an abundance of towels! We had a fantastic time and Tom went above and beyond, even helping me with a delivery that was delayed in transit. We hope to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. Great location to walk to town and close to Oval Beach. The home is very well decorated with everything you need to be comfortable. Great Experience

The house is great for a bigger group and is exactly as presented in the photos -- new, clean, well laid out. The kitchen is pretty decently stocked with cookware, glassware and utensils. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor spaces are very nice, easy to access and well designed. There is parking for 5 cars which was really nice. We will definitely stay here again. There was one small confusion on the check-out time. Our VRBO agreement was for 11:00 check-out but the notes left on the counter when we arrived stated 10:00. The cleaning crew showed up around 10:35 a bit stressed that they were late and needed the house. I showed them our VRBO terms and they started cleaning the upstairs which was already vacated, so not a big deal ultimately. Communication from ownership was otherwise clear, timely and helpful.
