Start your day by sipping coffee on the back patio, surrounded by the hum of a town waking up. As the sun rises, set out to explore nearby beaches – whether driving to Oval Beach or taking the historic Chain Ferry and enjoying the 15-minute walk.

- There is 1 off-street parking space available. If you have more than 1 vehicle, there is free street parking on Mason Street.
- The main level bathroom has a wonderful clawfoot tub, but there is no shower.
- Both bedrooms are located on the upper level of the home.
- To adhere to local fire department regulations, there is no longer a fire pit at this property.
