Nestled on a wooded lot just minutes from downtown Saugatuck and the beach, this 5-bedroom, 4-bath retreat offers the perfect balance of peaceful seclusion and convenient access to local attractions.

From the moment you enter, you’ll be captivated by the barn’s original charm. Soaring vaulted ceilings, rough-sawn oak planks, salvaged beams, oversized windows, and a floating staircase create an airy, light-filled space with panoramic views of the surrounding woods.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a six-burner Wolf gas range with griddle, dual farmhouse sinks, soapstone countertops, and a center island with seating for four. Gather around the roomy farmhouse table for 10, or relax in the living room with its cozy leather sectional. An additional living area with TV offers a quiet spot for downtime, while the cantilevered deck overlooking the wooded ravine provides the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or watching wildlife.

Fantastic property

This house was perfect for our family....my husband and I, 3 grown children with spouses and 4 grandchildren. 12 total people. The size and layout was ideal for our group. The location was convenient to beaches, golf and downtown Saugatuck and Douglas. Mgt company was very responsive to the minor issues we had. Kitchen had everything you would want or need.

Wonderful Fall Break Escape

This property was amazing. My family loved it. It was the perfect mix of woodsy/rustic/transitional design. The kitchen is definitely for those who love to cook. My husband loved the Wolf stove and enjoyed having it handy for making our meals. The space was perfect and felt like home. Bella Vita was also very responsive. Bravo to the host for ensuring a welcoming space. We will definitely be back!
