The room was just that, a room. Super heavy perfume smell to hide something, pretty gross, but, it did the trick for a quick night's stay. I would not book that place again

The facility is elderly, but clean in the 2 units we used. There is a fair amount of sound transfer from upper to lower floor, at least with the neighbors we experienced. Breakfast at the associated Best Western was better than I expected.

Staff were super nice, but the pool was absolutely freezing and it said it was a heated pool, when we went to take a bath the plug would not stay down so we could not take a bath either.

There are 2 properties in the same premise. We stayed in Superior Suites, but the chec in or reception was in the other property. Room was nice and clean with a little noisy AC. The hotel staff qas friendly. The stairs and corridors was dirty with overflowing garbage bins. The breakfast was in the other property and you need to walk to ot. Breakfast was very nice and plenty full. Overall I'm happy for the price I paid.

I didn't like that people were smoking around the non-smoking ateas. I was up all night with asthma attacks. Im so glad i had my inhaler on hand. If you need non smoker accommodations, rethink this property.

Just awful

Hotels.com shows the nice hotel beside the one you stay in. You stay in a room that is falling apart surrounded by long term rentals who use air tools at,7am to change tires in front of your window.. I found,pills on the floorand the room way far from clean.. people come and go at all hours and kids are running up and down the halls above you and in front of your room.. when i spoke to the desk about it they acted like i was being a pain.. i wouldnt stay here ever again.. just know the pics you see are not where you will be staying

Check in was not clear, this motel is shared with the best western, you check in, check out, get breakfast and use their amenities. There was a 3rd king size bed in our room, which was huge like a little apartment, but the beds weren’t even made, very dusty, stains on the blankets. No cell service in the area, the pool was absolutely gross tho, do not recommend, but there were tons of kids there so maybe that’s why. Also the hair dryer in the room didn’t work at all, ceiling looked like it was about to fall in, I would stay elsewhere next time, especially since I woke up with a rash on my face this morning, don’t know if it was the bedding or the pool but we’ll see what the Dr says. Spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

Very old and outdated. The room smelled real bad. The carpet is extremely old dirty and torn up. 1 of the lights barely worked. My room wasn’t ready at 4pm so l had to wait on a room to be cleaned. The toilet seat was wooden and it was decaying. Checkout time was at 12pm but housekeeping was banging at the door and woke me up at 11am.

First of all the pics posted are from the Best western across the parking lot , the pool and breakfast is also at the best western. The room was terrible , carpet was disgusting turned the bottom of our socks black ( not kidding) kind of sketchy place .. do your self a favor and book elsewhere

The room was pretty rough, no extra TP, head board off and just laying up on wall, hole in bathroom wall, sheets did not fit mattress, wallpaper peeling off wall….I understand this was a lower priced room but it really needed some attention
