Welcome to Casa de Suenos! Enjoy breathtaking panoramic ocean and mountain views on this very private gated and secluded villa on 5 acres of land with many walking paths and fruit trees.

This property includes an outdoor charcoal BBQ, lounge area, and beautiful landscaping. The kitchen and living space have 18 foot ceiling which helps keep the house cool and fresh throughout the day. This house is perched on a hilltop, at a high enough elevation for lovely cool breezes making this property comfortable inside and out. Merely a 15min drive to Dominical beach and its conveniences.

This property boasts a main casa as well as a separate smaller casita. The main home consists of a master bedroom that has a queen bed with attached master bath with both a bath tub and walk-in shower and his/hers vanity. It has a second bedroom with a queen bed and a separate second bathroom. You will find a beautiful open kitchen and dining area with a covered terrace leading to the private infinity pool.

The casita is adjacent to the main villa and is studio apartment style. It contains a king bed, en suite bathroom as well as living, kitchen, and dining with a covered terrace overlooking the magnificent Pacific Ocean. There is an additional outside shower.

The property has many tropical fruit trees as well as paths to enjoy a leisurely stroll on 5 acres. Guests enjoy free fixed phone service with answering machine to and from the US. The home is child friendly but guests need to know that the pool is 5 feet deep and there is no shallow area. Also, there are some cactus that have thorns which is part of
the beautiful landscaping, and monkeys that frequent the property. Please do not feed them.

This property has solar back up. This means when the power goes out, you still have a refrigerator, internet, power in part of the kitchen and the gate works.

There are many things to do in the area. There are multiple waterfalls, hot springs, white water rafting, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and the list goes on. The house contains a book with things to do and places to go. We also have a .pdf available upon booking.

Beautiful Home. Just far enough up the mountain to be away from the crowd.

We rented the property for a week in mid July. Check-in was perfect. We stopped at the BM grocery store in Dominical when I reached out and let them know that we were in town. The property manager met us within 5 minutes and had us follow her up the mountain to the property. Easy 15-20 minute ride but a 4x4 is definitely required. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pictures are accurate but, the view is way better than the provided photos. We enjoyed going out all day and then returning for a 5:00 PM swim in the pool to watch the sunset. WiFi was great, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items, A/C in the bedrooms, coded gate to enter the property, beautiful pool. Monkeys visited us twice during our visit, Toucans, etc. We did have one power outage for six hours but, keep in mind that this is Dominical, not the USA. The communication with the owner was great as well. Would definitely return.Thank you, Marilyn.

Property was just as described. Communication wilth the owner was excellant. She went out of her way to make our stay as good as it could be considering the weather. We were there during TS Sara. It rained every day that we were in CR almost all day everyday. We liked the house and the area so much that we are going back to her house in January.

Wonderful property

We stayed here for 6 nights. Very private and secure. The property is exactly as described. Saltwater pool was very relaxing.we enjoyed seeing the monkeys and toucans.

Beautiful views and great location

Casa de suenos is a beautiful home with beautiful views. A pair of toucans visited us daily and there was even a family of monkeys that spent some time in the trees one evening. There were lovely walking trails on the property as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views

I loved the house and the spectacular views. We had a monkey visit us which added a bonus to our experience. Access to the house was challenging as we did not have a 4x4 vehicle, but we enjoyed riding up alongside the mountain. (4x4 vehicle is needed)
