The check in, no one was there. I was there at night, maybe after one hour someone came and said he was making me the favor for giving me the key because the time… and the room, the humidity was terrible.

Nice and clean and a good vibe

Friendly staff and nice and clean. Good pool area but a little small and hard to get one of the lounges ( travelling in late April)… Biggest grip for me in my private room was there was only a very small window… making better than some others in Mexico, but not great for me personally.

Pictures are misleading. Room was dirty, couch was covered in stains, didn’t feel comfortable staying here so we asked for a refund to leave. Could not get a refund so we just left. Do not recommend.

Excellent location! Friendly staff! Overall quiet being away from square … one night was exceptionally loud at property until 11pm that not even plugs could fix but for a hostel it was to be expected and still MUCH quieter than the norm. I had hoped to take part in activities but I found those were harder to find meet ups etc. for example I was told at check in yoga was 8am and 9am, I opted for the sleep in my first morning but when I went to roof there was no yoga for 9am and I missed it … same with power hour, no one there … which was fine because I was just as happy flying solo.
