We love this hotel & it's charm! Rene & staff are super friendly, helpful, accommodating & just all around fantastic! We stayed here the the Sand & Strings Music Festival & could not be happier with the whole experience! Didn't know we would be so close to the venue but far enough that it wasn't too loud. Love this hotel, the rooftop pool,bar, sunsets, room! Everything was perfect! Can't wait to come back!!

Ximena Boutique Hotel is perfectly located in the north end of town. Literally, a five minute walk from everything but much quieter. The hotel is modern and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Rooms are equipped with nice linens, towels, robes, and a mini fridge. There is coffee and a microwave on each floor. Beds are very comfortable, and the balconies are a bonus. There is also an amazing rooftop pool and bar which was a perfect place to spend downtime. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all good. They were very helpful. Rene was great. He was always willing to answer questions or help in any way. He arranged a golf cart rental for us and had it delivered to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is! The staff is incredibly friendly, the pool upstairs was so lovely. Room was so spacious with a large shower and cute balcony. The hotel itself is so clean, always someone cleaning and tidying up spaces. Perfect location just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown but with a 5-10 minute walk you are downtown or at the beach. Loved this hotel. Such an enjoyable time in a small surf town! The rooftop pool is beautiful. Unfortunately the coffee provided was allowed to stay in the pot for 3 days - very bitter. Room was very nice. Nice bed and hot shower. Construction work next to the hotel created smoke and burning garbage which was sucked into the hotel through the air conditioner. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating.

Looks nice and is well taken care of, but not given any information about where things are in the hotel, like coffee, etc. No morning breakfast, no charging for golf carts which is standard in Sayulita. Didn't always have heated water in showers. Again, looks nice, but better accommodations for less on the town.

Overall our stay was very comfortable and the staff were very attentive. We did have a water leak from the ceiling on our first day, which was concerning at first because it seemed like there wasn't anyone to fix it. But Rene who was on duty was able to get his partner and a repair person in quickly to take care of the problem. As for amenities the air conditioning was really great and the pool always clean with the staff keeping clean towels available. The staff at the front desk were helpful and pleasant to deal with when it came to directions or planning activities. It was noisy as there were late night celebrations but Sayulita can get like that.

We had a wonderful stay at Ximena. The property is quiet, safe, and clean. The rooftop pool is heated and private. The employees are very helpful and kind. Brigitte is lovely. We would be delighted to stay at Ximena again.

Friendly staff at the front. The rooms are very spacious with everything you need. We were only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. The location is walkable to a lot of restaurants and very close to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great location close to beach, town centre and bus terminal. Pool was great and property is clean. Lots of noise (cars and motorcycles) from the street so maybe a room at the back would be best.

This place was modern and the rooms were big. The design of everything was thoughtful and well executed. It was ECO friendly and the staff were very helpful. Coffee was in the hallway. (Less waste.). I’m a tea drinker so I had to go down one floor to get hot water. That was my only hiccup but that didn’t bother me cause I like the place so much. We felt safe here. The roof top pool was small but it was nice up there with space for yoga or cocktails at the staffed bar or whatever.

Cute hotel

It was acute and clean and brand new hotel. I didnt like that they wouldn’t clean your room unless it happened before noon. Our room keys randomly didn’t work one day but they fixed them quickly.

Fantastic place

Absolutely incredible hotel with only six units per floor. We basically had the hotel to ourselves for the first three days. Amazing pool on the top where you can bring your own drinks and the food. We highly recommend this to anyone.

The staff were wonderful to deal with, friendly and very helpful. Location was nice in a quieter area but still great walking distance to the square and the beach! The pool bar made an amazing Pina Colada and was virtually empty the entire time I was there. Would happily return.

Great location to experience the Northside of Sayulita. Facility is nice and the rooftop pool is amazing. Staff have limited hours and the rooftop bar was not open everyday. But they were all very helpful and friendly when we needed anything.
