On the first floor there is the double bedroom (1 double bed +1 single bed). Ideal for families who want to visit Florence, Tuscany and central Italy. In fact, the house is located both near the center of Florence, which can be reached by public transport, and the main motorways (A1, Florence-Pisa-Livorno, Florence-Siena) with which you can reach the various locations in 2-3 hours by car (Rome, Bologna, Venice, Genoa). No tourist tax (€5.5 per person per day in the center of Florence). For staying above 7 days, electricity and gas expenses are paid separately based on the effective consumption
