Sleeping nook with a queen bed, plus a full pull-out sofa and a queen pull-out sofa — sleeps up to 3 (additional guests up to 5 can be accommodated for a fee)
Fully equipped kitchen: flat-top stove/oven, full fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer
Smart TV and comfortable living area with space for kids to play indoors
Front and back patios shared with the neighboring unit — great for morning coffee or evening wind-downs

Getting around: This is a car-dependent residential neighborhood. A car is strongly recommended. The Metro-North train station (direct to Grand Central, ~40 min) is a 10-minute drive.

About the home: We live upstairs with our two young children — you may hear footsteps and kids playing overhead. Guests who enjoy a warm, family atmosphere feel right at home here. There is also a neighboring guest unit on the property; we ask all guests to be considerate of shared outdoor spaces.

Dogs welcome with prior registration. A one-time fee of $100/dog applies (max 2). Vaccination records required. Dogs must be leashed on the property at all times. Full pet policy in the House Rules.
