Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Wohnung ist eigentlich sehr schön und die Lage ist Top. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand und in 6-7 Min ist man in der Ortsmitte. Bei unserer Ankunft war leider nicht alles sauber. Die beiden Balkons waren dreckig, das Dachfenster im oberen Bad und die Scheibe des Windschutzes ist auch schon lange nicht geputzt worden. Sowas sollte bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung nicht vorkommen. Außerdem sollten die Matratzen und Kopfkissen im Schlafzimmer mal erneuert werden, sind ziemlich durchgelegen.
