Scharbeutz, the Baltic Sea resort right on the sea in the heart of the Bay of Lübeck. The direct neighbor is Timmendorfer Strand where exclusive shops tempt you to shop. 25 km from the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, where the Lübeck marzipan and the Holsten Gate await you.

Scharbeutz is the ideal place to enjoy the most valuable time of the year. The fine sandy beach offers ideal bathing conditions for young and old. Long walks on the beach, bike tours or inline skating on the newly designed promenade, but also ideal sports conditions for water skiing, surfing, sailing and diving. The newly designed promenade with numerous cafés, such as the Café Important and numerous restaurants, the well-known Gosch Sylt and shops and viewpoints in the middle of the dune landscape invite you to stroll or enjoy a relaxing stay.

The bright approx. 45 sqm 1 room non-smoking apartment is located in the basement, Am Wiesenhügel 6 in Scharbeutz, about 1000 m from the beach. The way to the beach can be easily reached on foot or by bike via a footpath.
The apartment includes a parking space at the house and a parking space in the direct beach location (Strandallee 97).

Since the apartment is on a slope, you can reach the entrance (front door) via a staircase in the basement. Otherwise, the apartment is at ground level up to the terrace and is facing south.

The apartment consists of a large living room with double bed and innerspring sofa bed (lying area 155 cm x 200 cm), a hallway, a shower room with towel dryer, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a sun terrace with table and chairs and an awning. This apartment is a non-smoking apartment and pets are unfortunately not allowed with us. The initial supply of bed linen and towels, as well as a travel cot and high chair are included with us.
