Hotel staff was excellent. Hotel itself is a bit dated and run down; especially the bathroom in our room. Rooms and bathroom are small. Showerhead wasn’t working properly.

I'll start by saying I feel very cheated for the money that I paid for the suite. Definitely. Not worth it. Did not look like any of the pictures. Nor did the hotel look like any of the pictures. Outdated wore down. My room was dirty. The bathroom The jetted tub was dirty, the shower was dirty. We did not even use those things. Also, somebody came up to us as we walked in restaurant for dinner. And approached us and I quote, he said to me and my husband I have very good drugs if you guys want a party., this person proceeded to go around the bar asking, people trying to sell drugs then sat out in the waiting room, asking, people and nothing was done about this. There was also a call girl in the bar. I will have to say the only nice thing about our stay in this hotel was bookmakers. Food, it was very good. We had dinner and breakfast and there are no complaints about the food nor the staff. Me and my husband were there to celebrate my birthday for a nice break to get away from the home. My whole night was ruined. Nobody helps you in my husband has COPD. I was carrying 3 suitcases. Nobody brought me a cart when I left and checked out. Nobody asked me how my stay was if I had any problems. This is definitely not a family hotel. And it is definitely nothing like the pictures. You should update the pictures for when you pick a room. You actually know what you're getting for over four hundred dollars a night. We literally had to go out and buy a can of febreze with downy for t

Bathroom has an "old" feel and was not as clean as I would like upon arrival. Other than that the room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator had broken down so we had to walk a ways with my elderly mother which was a bummer.
