Das Objekt liegt direkt an der Straße wie es nicht ersichtlich war vom Projekt her, ansonsten absolute Sauberkeit, sehr nette Damen, die uns empfangen hat eine sehr gut ausgerichtete Wohnung nur zu dieser Zeit etwas kalt. Die Heizung war noch nicht angestellt ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern. Einfach absolut top Für diesen Preis

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wichtig zu erwähnen, dass die Unterunft am Ortsende Schwalenberg liegt. Diese Angabe hat gefehlt und wir haben lange gesucht, weil es Schieder und Schwalenberg gibt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und ebenerdig gelegen Ein Pakrplatz direkt am Haus. Der große Raum ist in Wohn- und Schlafbereich aufgeteilt und mit Fußbodenheizung angenehm warm. Das Internet war gut, der TV funktionierte nicht. Die Toilette befindet sich unter einer Schräge und hat weder Lüftung noch Fenster. Vor der Wohnung ist eine großzügiger Terasse, die bei schönem Wetter bestimmt gut zu nutzen ist. Die Küche verfügt über einen Tisch als Eßbereich und die Küchenzeile hat alles, was man braucht. Backofen, 4 Platten-Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Fensterfront läßt das Tageslicht rein, es gibt Rolladen, sodass man abdunkeln kann.

Nette Ferienwohnung mit Blick ins Lipperland

Im Grunde genommen eine Runde Sache. Wir haben erst drei Tage vor Anreise für einen 4-tägigen Aufenthalt gebucht. Die Wohnung liegt am Rande von Schwalenberg und von dort aus lassen sich super Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung starten - allerdings ist der Heimweg stets beschwerlich da es in jede Richtung bergab geht. Die Vermieterin ist eine nette, aufgeschlossene Person und man kann sich gut mit ihr unterhalten. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen ausreichend ausgestattet (ein Brotmesser hat uns leider gefehlt). Den Geruch, den andere Rezensenten bereits erwähnten, müssen wir leider auch bestätigen. Es riecht zuweilen muffig und die Wohnung ist schlecht zu lüften - gerade das innenliegende Badezimmer.

Entspannte Woche im Teutoburger Wald

Für uns war die Ferienwohnung super. Die Vermietern war immer ansprechbar, freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Schöne Ausflugsziele sind Externsteine und Hermannsdenkmal. Wir waren auch in der Landesgartenschau in Höxter.

Heerlijke rustige plek bij zeer leuk stadje

Prima huisje, zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Meubels gedateerd maar zaten prima, meer dan voldoende bestek ed aanwezig. Dichtbij plek om de hond uit te laten. Enige iets mindere was de verbinding met internet, maar na even zoeken bleek het bereik in de keuken prima.

Das Einkaufen war nicht so gut. Man musste ca.6 km fahren um bei Netto oder Rewe einzukaufen. Die Gegend war sehr schön und die kleine Altstadt von dort gab es einige schöne Wanderwege.
