In this pretty holiday home, in Auen on the southern shore of the Wörthersee, in the middle of the untouched nature of Southern Carinthia, you will find all the ingredients for a relaxing and / or exciting holiday.

The house on a hillside with 100 square meters of living space, is located on a 2.000 square meters of land, of which 1.000 square meters can be used as play and lawn.
A friendly and cozy facility with good facilities awaits you in the house you use alone.

The complete modernization with new tiles, laminate and new furniture took place in 2016.
The kitchen offers all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Other rooms are the living room with satellite TV, the dining area for 6 people, the light-filled conservatory with seating and a storage room. A modern bathroom with tub and shower and a guest toilet complete the feel-good atmosphere.
In addition, the house has 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and
 - 2 bedrooms each with a double bed.
Bed linen and towels can be rented per week per person for 10,00 €.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schön am Ortsrand gelegenes Ferienhaus. Unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Vermieter (haben uns sogar eine vergessene Tasche mit zurück nach Deutschland genommen). Die Ausstattung im Haus ist umfangreich, man vermisst nichts. Alles sauber. Weiter so.

Gemütliches und modernes Haus, bietet alles was man braucht, Eine sehr komplette Küche, schönen Ausblick, Terasse, Garten und Wintergarten. Nähe zum Strand und Velden am See. Verblijf met volwassenen in Auen

Met plezier in de woning vakantie gevierd. Mooie uitstapjes kunnen maken en ook kunnen zwemmen in de Worthersee. Strandbad is op loopafstand. Huis is schoon en verzorgd. Goed uitgeruste keuken maar een vriesvak ontbreekt helaas. Ook een wasmachine zou het verblijf completer kunnen maken. We waren er eigenlijk stilzwijgend vanuit gegaan dat er Wifi aanwezig zou zijn maar dit was niet zo. Iets lager aan de weg zit een hotel met free wifi Daar hebben we een aantal maal gebruik van gemaakt

Een zeer mooie, verzorgd, en zeer ruime villa.

Prima voor en groot gezin die de streek van de wondermooie streek van de Wörthersee wil ontdekken. Het vakantiehuis was kraaknet en zeer ruim. Op wandelafstand van het strand. Enig klein minpunt was de communicatie door een taalprobleem (enkel Duits). Vorige de rest zeker een aanrader.

Een prima locatie

We hebben van 16 tot 29 augustus in jullie huis verbleven. Een prachtig gelegen en mooi huis met veel ruimte. Vanaf het huis kun je heel goed de omgeving verkennen en genieten van het prachtige meer en Karinthie. Kortom, dit huis is een aanrader. Gr. Ingrid en Eric

tolles Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist schön eingerichtet, komfortabel, sauber und liegt ruhig gelegen mit einem tollen Blick auf den Wörthersee. Ein schönes Strandbad mit Tretbootverleih und Restaurant befindet sich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Man kann sehr viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir können das Ferienhaus und auch die Urlaubsregion Wörthersee uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage zu günstigen Preis

Das Haus ist gut gelegen und man kann das Strandbad schnell erreichen. Auch in Velden ist man sehr schnell. Zu diesem Preis einfach unglaublich!

Gute Lage, schöner Blick

Das Haus hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Es ist komplett eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, es ist sauber und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See und die gegenüberliegenden Hügel und Berge. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut unkompliziert.
