There is no air conditioning because, fortunately, it is not needed: we are 700 meters above sea level, and the coolness is never lacking, even on the hottest summer days!
The surrounding greenery invites you to walk along the trails of the Intelvi mountains (a few kilometers away, and still reachable on foot from the villa, is the start of the magnificent Sentiero delle Espressioni, but in a few kilometers by car you can reach Argegno, a small jewel overlooking the lake or the Balcone d'Italia at the Sighignola peak with a view of the entire Alpine arc). You can invent a pleasant barbecue or opt for a moment of meditation and reading.
