Die Ausstattung ist sehr gemütlich, das Haus angenehm ruhig, es gab einen netten Kontakt zum Bewohner einer unteren Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist angenehm warm und sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Aussicht vom Balkon......Herrlich! Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenplatz, was sehr angenehm war! Es gibt nichts auszusetzten! LG

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Tolle Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Sehr „urig“ und gemütlich. Die nahe Durchfahrtsstraße kann evtl. An schönen Sommertagen leicht stören. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt - Aber trotzdem 5 Sterne:Die Schlüsselbox an einem zweiten Standort ca. 6-7-8 Minuten entfernt nervt…. Schöner wäre wenn dies am Objekt wäre. Tolles Haus und super uriger flair.

Wunderschöne Lage und Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben uns eine Woche lang sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Alle Ausflugsziele sind leicht zu erreichen. Und frühstücken mit Blick auf den Watzmann ist schon toll. In der Wohnung ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Kleine Reparaturen am Balkontisch und Fenster wurden umgehend (am Sonntag!) erledigt. Vielleicht sollten die Teppiche sowie Sessel- und Couchbezug mal aufgefrischt werden. Aber die Tiefgarage ist jedenfalls ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt, auch wenn der Platz sehr eng einzuparken ist. Alles zusammen: die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!
