Renovated in mid-2019, newly furnished apartment!

You can expect a modern furnished apartment on the first floor, directly behind the dike. The beach and the pier are less than five minutes away. A private parking lot is right on the doorstep. The plant is not a hundred meters behind the dike.

On Schönberger beach itself there is an Edeka market with a bakery. The Schönberger beach beach is about 100 meters away.

The beach is tax mandatory all information can be obtained from the Tourist Information Schoenberg. You will also receive the Ostseecard in Schönberg with which you can take advantage of many offers on your holiday.
In about 5 km distance is Schönberg.
Every Monday and Thursday there are weekly markets until about 14.00 o'clock. You can also take care of discounters like ALDI, LIDL, REWE, etc.
The medical care is guaranteed - for humans and animals. In addition, you will be supplied with drug supplies by pharmacies.
The culinary offer in the area is varied. There is something for every taste.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Schöne Wohnung , ausreichend Platz für 2 Erwachsene. War alles da was man brauchte !!!Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der sich direkt zurückgemeldet hat. Lage super - alles was man brauchte in direkter Umgebung. Am Hundestrand gibt es sogar Strandkörbe zu mieten:-)Kommen sehr gerne wieder:-)Preis/Leistung stimmt hier !Kleine Tipps:Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ( Achtung : man braucht 50Cent Stücke !!! )Treppe zum Spitzboden nur für fitte Leute ( Wechselseitige Stufen ).

Schöneberger Strand. Eine Reise wert

Erholsam. Das Appartement ist für 3 Erwachsene , 60 und 80 , durch die steile Treppe zum Dachboden, nicht geeignet. Die Kommunikation zwischen Mieter und Vermieter ist noch sehr Verbesserungsfähig.

Mehr als ein Erholungsort

Die Wohnung hat alles was wir für den Alltag brauchten. Dazu ein super bequemes, rückenfreundliches Bett im Schlafzimmer. Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der extra Wünsche erfüllte und gut zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und in einer gepflegten Umgebung. Nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.

Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Super aufgeteilt. Alles da. Die Treppe zum oberen Schlafzimmer ist zwar Gewöhnungsbedürftig, ab hat man schnell drin.

Ruhe und Erholung

Gemütliche Wohnung, in der ich nach dem Tode meines Lebensgefährten Ruhe gefunden habe und neue Kraft tanken konnte. In dem Bett habe ich wunderbar geschlafen. Die Ostsee ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und ein kleiner Edeka-Laden mit Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Gemütliche Wohnung

Schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, top Lage netter Vermieter. Einzig der Fahrradkeller ist etwas mühsam zu erreichen zumindest mit E-Bike Vielen Dank Familie Kloth wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Liebe Grüsse

Natürlich ist unser Lieblingsort der Strandkorb … das „Möwennest“ kommt direkt danach, alles was wir brauchten war vor Ort, sogar schnelles WLAN … erneute Buchung für 2024 erledigt. Sehr empfehlenswerte FeWo.

Zentral gelegen

Schönberger Strand ist ein ruhiger Ort, der sehr für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet ist. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Als renoviert würde ich sie nicht mehr bezeichnen, einige kleinere Mängel sind wieder zu sehen.
