Great visit at Hotel Scholl!

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. Hotel Scholl is a unique and beautiful establishment with a lovely atmosphere. Christian and his friends and staff made our stay memorable and pleasant. Everything about the hotel was great, with a special call-out to the blueberry muffins!

Smelly and Noisy, not cozy.

The room had some sort of chemical smell, so I asked to hotel stuff but he said there is nothing they can help. Also there was strange noise all night prevent me sleeping. I came down for breakfast in the morning but none of stuff talk to me to support. Quite terrible stay unfortunately.

Staff was helpful to get parking in front of hotel which could be tricky when arriving late. Breakfast was excellent, especially freshly made orange juice. Added benefit was the elevator since the hotel was located across three houses, different levels connected via “Faulty Towers” hallways.

Hotel Scholl - End Nov 2016.

Nice clean hotel. Room is big with nice spacious bathroom. Unfortunately to have the lift broke down the day I arrived. The staff helped me with the bags and climb up to the 3rd floor. Dining area for breakfast is neat and breakfast spread was sufficient. I have been to other hotel in the area and this one is way better. Parking space is limited and you can see cars waiting for empty lots. May take about 30 minute to find one but seems to have vacant lots after 10pm. Once you secure a lot around the vicinity of the hotel, the staff provide parking pass for you to display in your car. Stay at ground level and do not go down the 2 steep slopes to find parking....these are one-way dead ends and you would have a difficult time getting out again. Even if you can find parking on the slopes, these are tow-away zone which starts 6am in the morning....you don't want to start ;looking for parking again before 6am. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Unique hotel in Schwabisch Hall

We had three nights at the Hotel Scholl in the fantastic town of Schwabisch Hall. The hotel is situated just yards from the Am Markt which must be one of the most attractive squares in Germany. When we were there, it was quite quiet and each day we would just stand and admire all the wonderful buildings in the square. The hotel has a lot of atmosphere about it and is quite unique in its layout. Our room, which was up in attic, was fine with a comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities that we required. The amount of furniture in the room was quite basic and could possibly be enhanced but in stay of three nights it was fine for our purpose. Breakfast was excellent with a wide spread of choice. Car parking outside the hotel could be tricky but we managed, with a little patience, to get a spot each night. The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. We would love to visit Schwabisch Hall again and if we did so, we would be more then happy to stay at the Hotel Scholl.

Beautifully redone old building and very clean and superb breakfast. Somewhat expensive. Got a parking pass for the night in front.

Very enjoyable

I was passing through on business and chose this hotel since it was close to the center. The hotel staff was friendly and I had excellent service. All spoke english so not poblem there. The room was very cool, I stayed on the top floor, very nice decor with the exposed beams, everything new and clean. The location was excellent with the shops and restuarants right outside the door. The hotel is next to St. Michaels church. Schwabisch Hall is one of my two favorite cities in Germany up there with Monschau! I'm coming back.

Falsche Versprechungen

Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil das Frühstück auf der Homepage als sehr außergewöhnlich mit viel Auswahl und hervorragenden Produkten hervorgehoben wurde. Leider gab es dann vor Ort lediglich Croissants, Muffins und Kaffee, was absolut nichts mit der Beschreibung zu tun hatte. Sehr enttäuschend!!! Wir sind dann woanders zum Frühstücken hingegangen. Ich würde nicht mehr kommen!!! Zimmer waren soweit ok, aber nichts Besonderes.

Absolut empfehlenswert

In diesem Hotel wurden Historie und Moderne toll vereint Das umgebaute Fachwerkhaus ist ansprechend gestaltet, das Zimmer gefiel mir auf Anhieb. Zudem befindet sich das Hotel direkt neben der Michaelskirche und somit sehr zentral.
