Delightful villa vacation home in Loc. S. Marco - Sciacca Sicily

Very nice apartment in Villa in San Marco, 5 minutes from the historic center, very quiet, recently built residential area just a few hundred meters from the first swimming beach. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with all equipment, private entrance, parking space, garden and large covered veranda. Ideal for 4 people.
Sciacca is a wonderful seaside town, artistic, spa, rich in history. Its ancient monuments and churches are a testimony to it. It is ideally located to visit the archaeological sites of the Valley of the Temples of Agrigento and Selinunte.
The tourist is attracted by its beauty, the charm of its transparent and crystalline sea with its sandy, sometimes rocky coastlines, its urban landscapes, the uniqueness of its carnival, the art of its ceramic masters, the freshness of its Fish just caught, from the warmth of its people.

Una magnifica base per visitare la Sicilia occidentale

Poco fuori da Sciacca, in una zona tranquilla con due spiagge raggiungibili comodamente a piedi, un bell’appartamento con posto auto privato. Gentilissimo il Signor Salvatore, ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Check in: Der Besitzer lies sich nie blicken, er schickte immer seine Söhne oder Frau vor. Er selbst hat er sich bloß telefonisch gemeldet. Generell fühlten wir uns in dem Apartment, in dem darüber und daneben die Familie des Besitzers wohnt, nicht willkommen. Das kennen wir so aus Italien / Sizilien auch nicht. Sehr kühl und kontrollierend. Das Apartment selbst ist sehr voll und eng. Wir hatten kaum Platz, dass Reisebett unseres Kindes unterzubringen. Die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer ist schon sehr durchgelegen, man spürt die Metall federn im Rücken. Das Badezimmer sehr klein, in der Dusche kann man sich kaum bewegen. Auf der Veranda richt es des Öfteren nach Abfluss und Müll, was sehr unangenehm ist. Wir hatten das Apartment aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer und der Ortes gewählt aber weder das Meer noch ein Supermarkt waren fussläufig zu erreichen, man benötigt immer das Auto. Mehrmals zur Mittagszeit, in der unser Kind schläft und auch wir uns etwas ausruhen wollten, wurde geklopft und immer irgendwas gewollt, warum ist die Klima an, warum habt ihr gestern auf der Veranda das Licht angelassen usw. wir fühlten uns überhaupt nicht wohl. Zu dem der Preis für das Apartment nicht gerade günstig ist. Die Krönung war noch, dass der Besitzer uns eine Nachricht zukommen lies, in der er uns anwies bitte nicht so viel Klima laufen zu lassen, da dies viel Strom koste. Wir hatten zwei Wochen das Apartment gemietet und sind nach einer abgereist, da wir so nicht unseren Urlaub verbringen möchten. Sehr sehr schade. Nicht mal als wir dem Besitzer per Nachricht mitteilten, dass wir abreisen möchten und ihm am nächsten Tag für den Check out den Schlüssel abgeben wollten, lies er sich blicken. Wir mussten dann beim Sohn klingeln um den Schlüssel abgeben zu können. Insgesamt können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.

La maison est très propre, sécurisée et spacieuse. L'endroit est très calme. A savoir que les distances mentionnées dans l'annonce (plage et centre ville ) nécessitent l'utilisation de la voiture. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Tutto era come descritto nell'annuncio. Ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge e i principali stabilimenti balneari della località San Marco. I proprietari sono stati ospitali facendoci sentire dal primo momento a nostro agio.... grazie per la serietà e ospitalità!!!
