Chasa Mayer: Central 5 ½-room flat in the historic village centre of Scuol Sura

Welcome to the former stable of an original Engadine house. In the gently renovated 5.5-room apartment spanning 90 square meters in Scuol. The apartment is extremely central and yet quietly located. Within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the main street with many regional shopping opportunities and the bus stop for the short transfer to the valley station of the Motta Naluns cable cars or to the Scuol-Tarasp train station.



The two-story apartment offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC. The spacious living room with open kitchen on the upper floor impresses with its room height and is flooded with light thanks to the roof windows. Chasa Mayer has only skylights, which let in plenty of daylight but do not offer a direct view.



The children will love their own play area in the upper area of the living room, and another highlight is the Swedish stove, which creates a warm atmosphere in winter. A comfortable sofa landscape and a smart TV, as well as a generous dining area with a comfortable corner bench, complete this living space. One of the four bedrooms is on the same floor. The other three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. All are equipped with double beds. In one bedroom, there is the option to set up a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Additionally, two children's beds are available.



On the ground floor, there is another bathroom with a shower/toilet as well as the entrance area with storage options for skis or other sports equipment. The apartment is equipped with broadband internet.



The house is child-friendly, with many games available. 2 high chairs, 2 children's beds, 1 baby bed, and a stroller are directly available on site. Wood is also available to you.



Please note that there is a steep staircase leading to the flat. This may be important for some guests, especially those with limited mobility or small children.



The surroundings invite you to small and large walks in a unique natural and cultural landscape, which practically begins right at the doorstep. Shopping can be done in the nearby and local stores on Stradun. The ski bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, as is the Bogn Engiadina with its unique bathing and sauna landscape. The use of the ski bus is free in winter. The cross-country ski trail is only 850m away.
